It was a way to honor my family’s heritage and bring to life the story of the brewery my great-grandfather owned and operated in the early 1900s, before it closed during Prohibition. Joseph and his team truly understood how much this project meant to me. They took my vision and family history and transformed them into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined.
